  • Completed an externship with on-the-job training at one of our ChronicRX Solutions facility or other approved facilities in the area and passed the certification in their area of expertise
  • Criminal screens will be conducted on all staff with no Sexual, Violent or Theft Charges in the past 7 years

How does it work?

  • When you need staff you fill out a request for staff on our website
  • One of our experienced Chronic Staffing representatives will come to meet with you to discuss what is important for your organization and what job duties are needing to be filled
  • We select staff from our database who have already completed the process and is certified or we start our search to put new candidates through the process to get them certified.
  • Our staff shows up ready to work
  • Our staff performs the job tasks you need to be done
  • You pay at the end of the week for hours worked by our staff

What do we provide?

  • Chronic Staffing is the employer of record, this means that we are the one responsible for all compliance, payroll, tax, unemployment, worker’s compensation and general liability insurance
  • We pay our staff weekly on a paycard
  • You don’t have to make any payroll deposits, tax filings, file new hire reports, new and costly worker’s comp insurance or change anything with your existing operation-we send you one invoice when the job is over at the end of the week and we come to pick up payment.

On The Job Training

Chronic Staffing being in the Oklahoma Marijuana industry ourselves we know that time is money and mistakes in our industry can cost us time and more money. This is why we are very strict on making sure that if we say our staff is Chronic Staffing Certified they have been vetted and are qualified and have completed a series of quality controls to ensure we are providing our customers a well knowledgeable trained staff member.

Not only have they complete the online simulated training program for product knowledge they have completed a vigorous hands-on training at our ChronicRX Solutions facility or one of our approved partners. When our staff shows up to work you just need to show them how you do the job to your company specifications and liking and they can step right in and do the rest!

Ordering Staff

We offer Temporary Day Labor, Temporary Project Labor, Temp-To-Hire, Direct Placement and Consulting.

  • Temporary Day Labor: the staff member will arrive at your work site work for the day and the assignment ends at the end of the shift.
  • Temporary Project Labor: the staff member will arrive at your work site work for the project duration that was agreed upon prior to them accepting the shift, they work all the daily shifts and at the end of the project their assignment ends.
  • Contract-To-Hire: The staff member will arrive at your work site they will work the contracted hours normally 400 hours on Chronic Staffing’s payroll then they will convert over to your payroll at no additional cost.
  • Direct Placement: Chronic Staffing will act as a true headhunter not just in the Oklahoma Market but on a National Level to find and source top talent. Provide resumes to review, schedule interviews and help with the entire hiring process to find the right full-time employee. This type of placement is more standard for management level, Master Growers, Chemists and Sr. Management. Fee’s for Direct Placement is on a percentage based on the candidate’s annual salary and we offer a replacement guarantee.
  • Chronic Staffing Consulting Fee: If you need help with your internal staffing practices our management team can work with you on developing a program and hiring practices to set you up long term for your organization. This is charged on an hourly or project basis depending on the scope of your needs.

How to become an Affiliate for the On The Job Training program

Chronic Staffing is currently accepting proposals from State Approved Marijuana companies. Our candidates as part of the Chronic Staffing Certification process are required to complete a hands-on portion for training in their specialty area. We are looking for affiliates to work with us in this phase of training. Companies selected will pay a monthly subscription to Chronic Staffing to participate and will have the first selection to hire students directly for their own organization at a discounted rate.

Chronic Certified

We are currently looking for individuals who are passionate about the legal marijuana industry. Being born and raised in Oklahoma, we never thought any of us would ever have an opportunity to join this growing exciting marijuana industry! But, with the new laws that have passed, this has changed everything for us all!

We are looking for individuals who want to learn and master a new craft. This is not a job where you apply, interview and get hired. This is a career in the Cannabis industry and this will require your time to get trained and to get hired. No one has experience in this industry in Oklahoma and if you do have some experience it may not be to our client’s standards and/or Chronic Staffing Standards. We will provide free training and a Chronic Staffing Certification if you put in the time and the work!

Chronic Staffing Certified: How does it work?  

  • We will send you an online profile and questionnaire to fill out that will determine if you are a good candidate for the industry.
  • If selected you must have a computer with internet so you can complete your online training courses.
  • You will complete your online courses and take quizzes and exams for each area.
  • You will schedule you on the job training with one of our representatives at a location that is approved with Chronic Staffing.
  • Once you finish your hands on the portion you will take your certification test and pay the fee for the test.
  • Once certified in your specialty Chronic Staffing will place you out into the job market with local grow/cultivating companies, processing companies, dispensaries, universities.
  • You will be paid weekly on a paycard once placed out at a job site.
  • You will be eligible for daily, weekly, monthly projects, contract to hire and direct placement opportunities.

How do you qualify for Chronic Staffing Certification?

  • All applicants must pass a criminal background screen. No Sexual, Violent or Theft Charges in the past 7 years will be accepted. This is from the offense date NOT your release date or the date your probation was completed. Oklahoma is the number one state for incarceration and charges, so ALL other charges will be accepted.-YES we believe in second chances!
  • No active warrants
  • You must go to the OSBI and get the full report ran and provide us a copy of the full report. This must be done every 30 days.
  • You must be willing to sign a non-disclosure and non compete agreement prior to being accepted into the program
  • You must be willing to work exclusively with Chronic Staffing or through one of their clients for a minimum of 4 months or you will have to pay back the certification costs.
  • You must be willing to complete the online portion and the hands-on portion of training in 30 days or less for each certification
  • You must be committed to this industry and have a passion for it
  • You must be willing to represent yourself and Chronic Staffing Professionally while working out at any of our client sites.
  • You must be willing to learn and grow to be a part of a billion dollar industry and make great money!
